BRIAN TAYLOR
Owner and Certified Firearms Instructor
Brian founded Precision Shooting Center because he saw a critical need in his community for a firearms training facility that was truly approachable for shooters of all experience levels — a safe, welcoming, and fun environment where people could develop real-world firearms skills without intimidation.
As a U.S. Marine Corps infantry veteran, certified firearms instructor, and licensed attorney, Brian delivers professional, real-world firearms training built on experience, discipline, and an uncompromising commitment to safety. With more than 20 years of hands-on firearms experience, he brings a uniquely comprehensive approach that goes far beyond basic marksmanship.
Brian served as an Infantry Squad Leader in the Marine Corps, leading and training Marines in weapons handling, tactical operations, and defensive response. After his military service, he continued working in armed security and executive protection, training personnel and supporting high-level security operations for corporate clients and major national events.
Today, Brian is a certified instructor through leading organizations including the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) and T3 Training Tools & Tactics. He specializes in concealed carry, defensive shooting, and practical firearms skills for real-world situations. His instruction emphasizes not just how to shoot — but when, why, and whether you should.
What truly sets Brian apart is his legal background. As a licensed attorney with over a decade of experience, he equips students with critical insight into the laws surrounding self-defense, use of force, and responsible firearm ownership — knowledge that is essential for anyone who carries a firearm.
Whether you are brand new to firearms or looking to sharpen advanced skills, Brian creates a training environment that is safe, professional, and approachable. His goal is simple: help every student leave more confident, more capable, and better prepared to protect themselves and others.
Marc Navai
Manager
Marc is a United States Marine Corps veteran with twenty years of service, Marc brings strong leadership, operations management, and team-building skills to everything he does. He excels at creating clear processes, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a positive culture where everyone can thrive.
Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rasmussen College and advanced Marine Corps training in leadership, operations, and strategic management, Marc has a genuine passion for firearms training and sport shooting. He is deeply committed to making Precision Shooting Center a fun, welcoming environment for the entire community — a friendly and inclusive destination where shooters of every level, from complete beginners to seasoned enthusiasts, can enjoy the sport, entertain friends and family, and safely hone their skills in a supportive setting.
Drawing on his military-honed expertise, Marc is dedicated to supporting his local community through professional instruction and outstanding customer experiences.
When not at PSC, Marc enjoys time with his wife Naomi, a Plymouth firefighter and their seven children.
